After many experiments/disasters, I have a collection of success stories to share with you lucky folks! I'll be posting my victories and losses for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in the Lean Mean Grillin Machine Arena for you to have some good eats, good laughs, and good times. I'll try anything twice. All you need to get started is the grill, which you can find here. Happy grillin'!

Who am I?
My name is Joseph Rothschild and currently live in Gainesville. I am a senior in Telecommunications at the University of Florida, Go Gators! During my college years I have constantly searched for food that is quick, cheap, healthy, and tastes gooooood. After trying the Ramen/Easy Mac/PB&J diet [and heaving it up] and ordering every delivery joint in town [until I overdrafted and paid $47 for a Quiznos Sammie] I have concluded that the George Foreman Grill solves life's greatest question, "What are we eating?"
